1. This Campaign is held by True Money Malaysia Sdn.Bhd. By participating in this Campaign, users (TrueMoney Malaysia E-wallet application users) hereby agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
2. These Terms and Conditions shall be read together with True Money’s Terms of Services, The Campaign Terms and Conditions as well as True Money’s Privacy Policy and Statement.
3. Should a conflict or inconsistency arise between these Terms and Conditions, such conflict or inconsistency shall be resolved by giving precedence in the following decreasing order (i) This Terms and Conditions; (ii) The Campaign Terms and Conditions; and (iii) True Money Terms of Services.
4. True Money reserves the right to forfeit any of the offers/prizes for this Campaign if the user has breached any of the Terms and Conditions as mentioned above. 

Campaign Terms and Conditions.

1. Campaign Period is between 1 November 2025 till 31 December 2025
2. Eligibility is as per below:
   1. All TrueMoney E-wallet users
   2. Must be over the age of 18
3. Tiered cashback will be given instantly each time a Spend Milestone is achieved in a calendar month during the campaign period, as shown in the table below:

4. Cashback and the eligibility spend will be refreshed on a monthly basis during the campaign period, which is November and December 2025.

The mission may end earlier if the total cashback pool is depleted prior to the end date of the campaign. The cashback will be allocated randomly by TrueMoney.
   3	Spending at TrueMoney Merchants	Random Cashback	Campaign Period: 1st Nov 2025 – 31st Dec 2025 Spend a minimum of RM15:- 1. At any True Money merchants, except for Lotus’s and BHPetrol. Eligible users are limited to TEN (10) times of this reward per calendar month. The mission may end earlier if the total cashback pool is depleted prior to the end date of the campaign. The cashback will be allocated randomly by TrueMoney. Not eligible for DuitNow QR payments
   4	Bill Payment	Random Cashback	Campaign Period: 1st Nov 2025 – 31st Dec 2025 Spend a minimum of RM20:- 1. To make any bill payment such as Astro, utility bill and mobile postpaid. Eligible users are limited to FIVE (5) times of this reward per calendar month. The mission may end earlier if the total cashback pool is depleted prior to the end date of the campaign. The cashback will be allocated randomly by TrueMoney.
   5	In-app Voucher Purchase	Random Cashback	Campaign Period: 1st Nov 2025 – 31st Dec 2025 Spend a minimum of RM10:- 1. On the purchase of any digital voucher or in-store voucher on the TrueMoney Wallet. Eligible users are limited to TEN (10) times of this reward per calendar month. The mission may end earlier if the total cashback pool is depleted prior to the end date of the campaign. The cashback will be allocated randomly by TrueMoney.

   2. For any Random Cashback, the decision to award any user with the random cashback is the ultimate choice of TrueMoney and final.

1. Campaign Period is between 1st October 2025 till 7th October 2025 (11:59 PM). After this date & time, no further entries will be entertained.
2. Eligibility is as per below:
   1. This Campaign is open to all channel members who are Malaysians and non-Malaysian residing in Malaysia ONLY and who are above the age of 18 years old. Entries from those under 18 years of age will be disqualified.
   2. Employees of True Money Malaysia are not eligible to participate in the contest.
   3. Campaign entries will be accepted via Instagram & Facebook Channel only.

4. Participants will be entitled based on the correct answer made. A total of TEN (10) winners with correct answers will be selected randomly from each platform.
5. Each participant is eligible to win once and ONE (1) prize only across both platforms. Duplicate winners will not be entitled.
6. Each participant is permitted only ONE (1) answer on the contest poll. Any additional entries will be disregarded.
7. Winners will be announced on TrueMoney Malaysia’s official social media & channel on 9 October 2025.
8. Participants stand to win the below prizes:

11. TrueMoney Credit will be credited directly to the winners’ registered TrueMoney Wallet number within fourteen (14) working days after the winners provide their details.
12. No purchase or payment of any kind is required to enter or win the contest.
13. Acceptance of prizes offered constitutes permission to use the winner’s name and picture and/or likeness for advertising/ trade purposes without further notice or compensation unless prohibited by law. Non-compliance may result in an alternative winner being chosen.
14. True Money Malaysia’s decision regarding the selection of the winners shall be final and binding on all participants of this Campaign, and no queries, challenges or appeals may be made or entertained regarding TrueMoney’s decision on the same.
15. True Money Malaysia reserves the right, at any time to add, delete or amend the Terms & Conditions herein or change or modify any respect of this Campaign, in whole or in part anytime and from time to time and at its sole discretion without notice and without liability to any participant or any other party.
