    2. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or other goods and are non-transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving prior notice.
    3. Winners must have downloaded & registered as TrueMoney Wallet users and have completed the eKYC process in order to redeem the prize entitled.
  7. First prize will be awarded to the winner in person at TrueMoney Malaysia’s office. Second and Third prizes will be sent to the winners via email. Consolation prizes will be credited directly to the winners’ registered TrueMoney Wallet number within fourteen (14) working days after the winners provide their details.
  8. No purchase or payment of any kind is required to enter or win the contest.
  9. Acceptance of prizes offered constitutes permission to use the winner’s name and picture and/or likeness for advertising/ trade purposes without further notice or compensation unless prohibited by law. Non-compliance may result in an alternative winner being chosen.
