1. This Campaign is held by True Money Malaysia Sdn.Bhd. By participating in the Campaign, Customers (True Money Malaysia E-wallet application users) hereby agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
2. This Terms and Conditions shall be read together with True Money Terms of Services, The Campaign Terms and Conditions as well as the Privacy Policy and Lotus’s Terms and Conditions.
3. 3. Customers must scan their My Lotus’s Member QR or Card upon checkout in order to enjoy the 2x My Lotus’s Points.
4. Customers must use the TrueMoney wallet as their payment method in order to enjoy the 2x My Lotus’s Points.
5. To receive the 2x My Lotus’s Points, customers must ensure that their registered phone number is the same on both the TrueMoney Wallet and My Lotus’s Membership.

Campaign Terms and Conditions.

   1. The Cashback will be credited to each customer no more than 48 hours after the transaction. Customers will be notified via the TrueMoney in-app push notification upon the Cashback being credited into their TrueMoney app.
   2. A minimum spend of RM128 is required to earn the Cashback.
   3. Each TrueMoney user is eligible for only TWO (2) cashback entitlement per calendar month.
   4. Campaign is not valid through DuitNow QR codes
   5. Campaign is valid to TrueMoney members who have performed eKYC via National Identity card (IC) or passport verification on the TrueMoney app ONLY
   6. Campaign is valid until specified end date or until campaign budget has been fully redeemed, which ever comes first

Eligible users are limited to TEN (10) times of this reward per calendar month. The mission may end earlier if the total cashback pool is depleted prior to the end date of the campaign. The cashback will be allocated randomly by TrueMoney. Not eligible for DuitNow QR payments
      4	Bill Payment	Random Cashback	Campaign Period: 1st Jan 2026 – 28th Feb 2026 Spend a minimum of RM20:- 1. To make any bill payment such as Astro, utility bill and mobile postpaid. Eligible users are limited to FIVE (5) times of this reward per calendar month. The mission may end earlier if the total cashback pool is depleted prior to the end date of the campaign. The cashback will be allocated randomly by TrueMoney.
      5	In-app Voucher Purchase	Random Cashback	Campaign Period: 1st Jan 2026 – 28th Feb 2026 Spend a minimum of RM10:- 1. On the purchase of any digital voucher or in-store voucher on the TrueMoney Wallet. Eligible users are limited to TEN (10) times of this reward per calendar month. The mission may end earlier if the total cashback pool is depleted prior to the end date of the campaign. The cashback will be allocated randomly by TrueMoney.

   2. For any Random Cashback, the decision to award any user with the random cashback is the ultimate choice of TrueMoney and final.
