1. This Campaign is held by True Money Malaysia Sdn.Bhd. By participating in this Campaign, Customers (TrueMoney Wallet Malaysia application users) hereby agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

3. Should a conflict or inconsistency arise between these Terms and Conditions, such conflict or inconsistency shall be resolved by giving precedence in the following decreasing order (i) This Terms and Conditions; (ii) The Campaign Terms and Conditions; and (iii) TrueMoney Terms of Services. 
4. TrueMoney reserves the right to forfeit any of the offers/prizes for this Campaign if the Customer has breached any of the Terms and Conditions as mentioned above.

Campaign Terms and Conditions.

1. Campaign Period is between 1 November 2025 to 31 December 2025
2. Eligibility is as per below:
   1. All Newly registered TrueMoney Malaysia e-wallet users
   2. Must be over the age of 18
3. The Campaign Mechanics are as per below:
   1. Only for New TrueMoney Wallet Users who download the TrueMoney Malaysia app and register within the period of 1 November 2025 to 31 December 2025.
   2. New users must complete the account verification (e-KYC) via National Identity card (IC) or passport verification in the account page during the campaign period in order to be eligible for the cashback rewards.
   3. Minimum spend is required to enjoy this promotion.
   4. The Cashback will be credited to each customer no more than 48 hours after the transaction. Customers will be notified via the TrueMoney in-app push notification upon the Cashback being credited into their TrueMoney app.

1. Campaign Period is between 3rd November 2025 till 30th November 2025 (11:59 PM). After this date & time, no further entries will be entertained.
2. Eligibility is as per below:
   1. This Campaign is open to all Malaysians and non-Malaysian residing in Malaysia ONLY and who are above the age of 18 years old. Entries from those under 18 years of age will be disqualified.
   2. Employees of True Money Malaysia are not eligible to participate in the contest.
   3. Campaign entries will be accepted via Instagram & Facebook only.

4. Participants will be entitled based on the correct answer given and THREE (3) legitimate friend profiles being tagged in the comment. A total of ONE HUNDRED AND THREE (103) winners with correct answers will be selected randomly from both platforms.
5. Each participant is eligible to win once and ONE (1) prize only across both platforms. Duplicate winners will not be entitled.
6. Each participant is permitted only ONE (1) comment on each platform’s giveaway post. Any additional comments in each platform will be disregarded.
7. Winners will be announced on TrueMoney Malaysia’s official social media on 4 December 2025.

9. Winners must contact True Money Malaysia within SEVEN (7) working days after the announcement post.
   1. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the prizes
   2. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or other goods and are non-transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving prior notice.
   3. Winners must have downloaded & registered as TrueMoney Wallet users and have completed the eKYC process in order to redeem the prize entitled.
10. First prize will be awarded to the winner in person at TrueMoney Malaysia’s office. Second and Third prizes will be sent to the winners via email. Consolation prizes will be credited directly to the winners’ registered TrueMoney Wallet number within fourteen (14) working days after the winners provide their details.
11. No purchase or payment of any kind is required to enter or win the contest.
12. Acceptance of prizes offered constitutes permission to use the winner’s name and picture and/or likeness for advertising/ trade purposes without further notice or compensation unless prohibited by law. Non-compliance may result in an alternative winner being chosen.
13. True Money Malaysia’s decision regarding the selection of the winners shall be final and binding on all participants of this Campaign, and no queries, challenges or appeals may be made or entertained regarding TrueMoney’s decision on the same.
14. True Money Malaysia reserves the right, at any time to add, delete or amend the Terms & Conditions herein or change or modify any respect of this Campaign, in whole or in part anytime and from time to time and at its sole discretion without notice and without liability to any participant or any other party.

Campaign Terms and Conditions.

3. Tiered cashback will be given instantly each time a Spend Milestone is achieved in a calendar month during the campaign period, as shown in the table below:
