  3. Should a conflict or inconsistency arise between these Terms and Conditions, such conflict or inconsistency shall be resolved by giving precedence in the following decreasing order (i) This Terms and Conditions; (ii) The

  1. Campaign Period is between August 2023 to November 2023, every 15th, 16th, 17th, and 18th of the month (4 Days per month only).
  2. Eligibility is as per below:

  3. The Campaign Mechanics are as per below:
    1. Spend any amount with the TrueMoney Wallet on every 15th to 18th in the months of August to November 2023.
    2. Obtain 50% instant cashback capped at RM5 per month per user to the individual’s TrueMoney Wallet.
    3. Valid for all merchant payments except on any Bill Payment, Prepaid Top Up or Game Credit Top Up.
    4. The Cashback will be credited to each customer no more than 48 hours after the transaction. Customers will be notified via the TrueMoney in-app push-notification upon the Cashback being credited into their TrueMoney app.
    5. No minimum spend is required to obtain the 50% Cashback.
    6. The total Cash Back allocation for this campaign is capped at RM50,000 for the entire duration of the Campaign Period.
    7. Users who participate in this campaign will only enjoy ONE (1) cashback campaign at a time/per transaction should there be a presence of other ongoing TrueMoney Malaysia cashback campaigns running during this Campaign Period except for TrueQuest.

Q: What is the requirement to earn the cashback?
A : It is really simple. Spend any amount with the TrueMoney Wallet at any merchants excluding Bill Payment, Prepaid Top Up or Game Credit Top Up and you shall receive 50% cashback on your transaction which is capped at RM5 per month.

6) Winners who fails to acknowledge the notification by the required period; unable to adhere to this Campaign’s terms and conditions; and forfeits or does not claim the prize, the prize(s) within 30 days of notification, will be void.
