   2. New users must complete the account verification (e-KYC) via National Identity card (IC) or passport verification in the account page during the campaign period in order to be eligible for the cashback rewards.

   4. The Cashback will be credited to each customer no more than 48 hours after the transaction. Customers will be notified via the TrueMoney in-app push notification upon the Cashback being credited into their TrueMoney app.
