Terms and Conditions
  1. This Campaign is held by True Money Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. By participating in this Campaign, users (TrueMoney Malaysia E-wallet application users) hereby agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
  2. These Terms and Conditions shall be read together with True Money’s Terms of Services, The Campaign Terms and Conditions as well as True Money’s Privacy Policy and Statement.
  3. Should a conflict or inconsistency arise between these Terms and Conditions, such conflict or inconsistency shall be resolved by giving precedence in the following decreasing order (i) This Terms and Conditions; (ii) The Campaign Terms and Conditions; and (iii) True Money Terms of Services.
  4. True Money reserves the right to forfeit any of the offers/prizes for this Campaign if the user has breached any of the Terms and Conditions mentioned above.

  • Campaign Period: 1st May 2025 – 31st July 2025
  • Spend a minimum of RM15:-
    1. At any True Money merchants, except for Lotus’s and BHPetrol.
  • Eligible users are limited to TEN (10) times of this reward per calendar month.
  • The mission may end earlier if the total cashback pool is depleted prior to the end date of the campaign.
  • The cashback will be allocated randomly by TrueMoney.
  • Not eligible for DuitNow QR payments
2 Spending at BHPetrol Random Cashback
  • Campaign Period: 1st May 2025 – 31st July 2025
  • Spend a minimum of RM50:-
    1. At any BHPetrol outlet
  • Eligible users are limited to FIVE (5) times of this reward per calendar month.
  • The mission may end earlier if the total cashback pool is depleted prior to the end date of the campaign.
  • The cashback will be allocated randomly by TrueMoney.
  • Not eligible for DuitNow QR payments
3 Bill Payment Random Cashback
  • Campaign Period: 1st May 2025 – 31st July 2025
  • Spend a minimum of RM20:-
    1. To make any bill payment such as Astro, utility bill and mobile postpaid.
  • Eligible users are limited to FIVE (5) times of this reward per calendar month.
  • The mission may end earlier if the total cashback pool is depleted prior to the end date of the campaign.
  • The cashback will be allocated randomly by TrueMoney.
4 In-app Voucher Purchase Random Cashback
  • Campaign Period: 1st May 2025 – 31st July 2025
  • Spend a minimum of RM10:-
    1. On the purchase of any digital voucher or in-store voucher on the TrueMoney Wallet.
  • Eligible users are limited to TEN (10) times of this reward per calendar month.
  • The mission may end earlier if the total cashback pool is depleted prior to the end date of the campaign.
  • The cashback will be allocated randomly by TrueMoney.
5 Mobile Top Ups Random Cashback
  • Campaign Period: 1st May 2025 – 31st July 2025
  • Spend a minimum of RM30:-
    1. Purchase any mobile prepaid top ups, except for game credit top ups
  • Eligible users are limited to THREE (3) times of this reward per calendar month.
  • The mission may end earlier if the total cashback pool is depleted prior to the end date of the campaign.
  • The cashback will be allocated randomly by TrueMoney.
      1. For any Random Cashback, the decision to award any user with the random cashback is the ultimate choice of TrueMoney and final.

Campaign Terms and Conditions

  1. Campaign Period is between 17 February 2025 and 30 September 2025.
  2. Eligibility is as per below:
    1. All New TrueMoney E-wallet users over the age of 18
  3. The Campaign Mechanics are as per below:
    1. Only for New TrueMoney Wallet Users.
    2. New users are required to download the TrueMoney Malaysia app and input the KOL/Promo Code of ‘GETRM5’ on the registration page.
    3. New users who apply the KOL/Promo Code must complete the account verification (e-KYC) process within 48 hours between 17 February to 30 September 2025 via the TrueMoney Wallet to receive the RM5 credit reward in their account.
    4. The redemption of RM5 TrueMoney credit is only applicable to the first 1,000 new users that complete the account verification process, subject to a first come first served basis.
    5. The Cashback will be credited to each customer no more than 48 hours after the transaction. Customers will be notified via the TrueMoney in-app push notification upon the RM5 being credited into their TrueMoney app.

Q : How do I claim the RM5 TrueMoney credit?
A : This is only applicable for new user registration, you are required to key in ‘GETRM5’ in the ‘Promo/KOL Code’ field on the registration page and perform account verification in order to receive the credit.

Q : Why did I not receive the RM5 TrueMoney credit after I registered and verified my account?
A : This may be due to the ‘GETRM5’ code being not properly filled during registration or the RM5 credit has been fully claimed by the first 1,000 new users that completed their account verification process.
Q: How do I perform the account verification?
A: Go to the ‘Account’ page in TrueMoney Wallet, and proceed with the account verification process from the bar on top.
