1. This Campaign is held by True Money Malaysia Sdn.Bhd. By participating in this Campaign, Customers (True Money Malaysia E-wallet application users) hereby agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
2. These Terms and Conditions shall be read together with True Money’s Terms of Services , The Campaign Terms and Conditions as well as True Money’s Privacy Policy and Statement. 
3. Should a conflict or inconsistency arise between these Terms and Conditions, such conflict or inconsistency shall be resolved by giving precedence in the following decreasing order (i) This Terms and Conditions; (ii) The Campaign Terms and Conditions; and (iii) True Money Terms of Services.
4. True Money reserves the right to forfeit any of the offers/prizes for this Campaign if the Customer has breached any of the Terms and Conditions as mentioned above. 

Campaign Terms and Conditions

1. Campaign Period is between 8th September 2025 till 21st September 2025 (11:59 PM). After this date & time, no further entries will be entertained.
2. Eligibility is as per below:
   1. This Campaign is open to all Malaysians and non-Malaysian residing in Malaysia ONLY and who are above the age of 18 years old. Entries from those under 18 years of age will be disqualified.
   2. Employees of True Money Malaysia are not eligible to participate in the contest.
   3. Campaign entries will be accepted via Instagram only. The Instagram accounts of all participants must be set to public.
3. The Campaign Mechanics are as per below:

   
   STEP 1: Follow the official TrueMoney Malaysia Instagram profile @truemoneymalaysia at https://www.instagram.com/truemoneymalaysia/

   STEP 2: Comment with the correct answer and tag three friends.
   Question: Spot the brands that accept TrueMoney Wallet.

   STEP 3: Share your answer on Instagram story & tag us!

4. Participants will be judged based on the correct answer. A total of THREE (3) winners with correct answers will be selected randomly.
5. Each participant is permitted only ONE (1) comment on the contest post. Any additional entries will be disregarded.
6. Winners will be announced on TrueMoney Malaysia’s official Instagram profile by 29 September 2025.
7. Each winner is entitled to ONE (1) prize only.
8. Participants stand to win the below prizes:
   • THREE (3) winners will each receive RM100 TrueMoney Credit.
9. Winners must have downloaded & registered as TrueMoney Wallet users and have completed the eKYC process.
10. TrueMoney Credit will be credited directly to the winners’ registered TrueMoney Wallet number within fourteen (14) working days after the winners provide their details.
11. No purchase or payment of any kind is required to enter or win the contest.
12. Winners must contact True Money Malaysia within SEVEN (7) working days after the announcement post.
    1. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the prize.
    2. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or other goods and are non-transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving prior notice.
13. Acceptance of prizes offered constitutes permission to use the winner’s name and picture and/or likeness for advertising/ trade purposes without further notice or compensation unless prohibited by law. Non-compliance may result in an alternative winner being chosen.
14. True Money Malaysia’s decision regarding the selection of the winners shall be final and binding on all participants of this Campaign, and no queries, challenges or appeals may be made or entertained regarding TrueMoney’s decision on the same.
15. True Money Malaysia reserves the right, at any time to add, delete or amend the Terms & Conditions herein or change or modify any respect of this Campaign, in whole or in part anytime and from time to time and at its sole discretion without notice and without liability to any participant or any other party.
