A. User Agreement

  1. This Campaign is held by True Money Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. By participating in this campaign, True Money Malaysia E-wallet application users (“Users”) hereby agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and any decisions made by True Money Malaysia in respect of the Campaign shall be final and binding.
  2. This User Agreement shall be read together with the Campaign Terms and Conditions, True Money’s Terms and Conditions, True Money’s Terms of Services, as well as True Money’s Privacy Policy and Statement.
  3. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency, such conflict or inconsistency shall be resolved by the following order of precedence (i) This Campaign’s Terms and Conditions; (ii) True Money’s Terms and Conditions; and (iii) True Money’s Terms of Services (accessible in the TrueMoney mobile application under Account → About Us → Terms of Service – eWallet).
  4. TrueMoney reserves the right to forfeit any of the offers/prizes for this Campaign if the user has breached any of the Terms and Conditions as mentioned above.
  5. Notwithstanding any of the foregoing or anything to the contrary, True Money Malaysia reserves the right to alter, extend, or terminate the Campaign, and/or amend the terms and conditions of the Campaign, if is so required without prior notice to the User. In the event of any dispute directly or indirectly arising from the Campaign, the decision of True Money Malaysia shall be final.

B. Campaign Terms and Conditions

  1. Campaign Period
    The Campaign will commence on 1 June 2026 at 12.00:00 AM and will end on 31 July 2026 at 11:59:59 PM, both dates inclusive or until campaign budget has been fully redeemed, whichever occurs earlier.
  2. Eligibility
    1. All registered TrueMoney E-wallet users who: 
      (i) are legal residents of Malaysia and aged 18 years and above as stated in their Identity Card/Passport (as at 1 June 2026); and
      (ii) have performed eKYC via National Identity card (IC) or passport verification on the TrueMoney app ONLY.
    2. This Campaign is applicable to purchases made in-store on or after 1 June 2026 and online on or after 11 June 2026. Free delivery for online orders applies to Eligible Online Orders only, subject to Lotus’s applicable terms and conditions
    3. Eligible Online Orders in paragraph 2.2 means online order that fulfill all the following criteria:
      a) the online orders are placed from 11 June 2026 onwards; and
      b) the My Lotus’s app has been installed or updated to a version later than 2.49.2.

      Version 2.49.2 (the current version before 11 June 2026), and all earlier versions, are not eligible for Free delivery. The eligible My Lotus’s app version will be released from 11 June 2026 onwards, and is subject to Lotus’s applicable terms & conditions.

  3. Campaign Mechanics
    1. A RM7 cashback reward (“Cashback Reward”) shall be granted for each qualifying transaction with a minimum spend of RM100 per receipt that satisfies the applicable Eligibility criteria.
    2. The Cashback Reward will be credited to each User within forty-eight (48) hours of the relevant transaction, subject to availability. Users will be notified via the TrueMoney in-app push notification upon the Cashback Reward being credited into their TrueMoney app.
    3. Minimum purchase of RM100 per receipt is required to qualify this promotion and payment must be made via TrueMoney e-wallet, applicable for both in-store on or after 1 June 2026 and online on or after 11 June 2026
    4. Each TrueMoney user is eligible to a maximum of nine (9) cashback entitlements, cumulatively across both online and in-store transactions. Limited to one (1) redemption per Week either in-store or online.
    5. Week in paragraph 3.4 means a period of seven (7) consecutive calendar days commencing on Monday at 12:00 a.m. and ending on Sunday at 11:59 p.m.
    6. This campaign is not applicable to any spending through DuitNow QR.
    7. This campaign is applicable on top of any other Cashback campaigns ongoing during the campaign period unless stated otherwise.
