Terms and Conditions
A. User Agreement
- This Campaign is held by True Money Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. By participating in this campaign, True Money Malaysia e-wallet application users (“Users”) hereby agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and any decisions made by True Money Malaysia in respect of the Campaign shall be final and binding.
- This User Agreement shall be read together with the Campaign Terms and Conditions, True Money’s Terms and Conditions, True Money’s Terms of Services, as well as True Money’s Privacy Policy and Statement.
- In the event of any conflict or inconsistency, such conflict or inconsistency shall be resolved by the following order of precedence (i) This Campaign’s Terms and Conditions; (ii) True Money’s Terms and Conditions; and (iii) True Money’s Terms of Services (accessible in the TrueMoney mobile application under Account → About Us → Terms of Service – eWallet).
- TrueMoney reserves the right to forfeit any of the offers/prizes for this Campaign if the user has breached any of the Terms and Conditions as mentioned above.
- Campaign Period
The Campaign will commence on 1 May 2026 at 12.00:00 AM and will end on 31 July 2026 at 11:59:59 PM, both dates inclusive or until Randomised Cashback Rewards (as defined in paragraph 3.2 below) are fully redeemed, whichever occurs earlier. - Eligibility
All TrueMoney E-wallet users who are legal residents of Malaysia and aged 18 years and above as stated in their Identity Card/Passport (as at 1 May 2026) - Campaign Mechanics
- Users shall be entitled to receive various rewards upon completing the actions outlined in the table below. Users may complete any number of the aforementioned actions within the campaign period to qualify for a Randomised Cashback Reward, subject always to availability.
- Randomised Cashback Rewards
A randomised cashback reward will be granted upon completion of each Mission that satisfies the applicable Eligibility criteria, with the value of such reward determined on a randomised basis (“Randomised Cashback Reward”).
No. Missions Reward Eligibility i Spending at BHPetrolRandomised Cashback Reward- Spend a minimum of RM50 at any BHPetrol outlet.
- Eligible users are limited to FIVE (5) times of this reward per calendar month, subject to availability
- Not eligible for DuitNow QR payments
ii Mobile Top Up Randomised Cashback Reward - Spend a minimum of RM30 on any mobile prepaid top ups, except for game credit top ups
- Eligible users are limited to THREE (3) times of this reward per calendar month, subject to availability
iii Spending at TrueMoney Merchants Randomised Cashback Reward - Spend a minimum of RM15 at any True Money merchants, except for Lotus’s and BHPetrol.
- Eligible users are limited to TEN (10) times of this reward per calendar month, subject to availability
- Not eligible for DuitNow QR payments
iv Bill Payment Randomised Cashback Reward - Spend a minimum of RM20 to make any bill payment such as Astro, utility bill and mobile postpaid.
- Eligible users are limited to FIVE (5) times of this reward per calendar month, subject to availability
v In-app Voucher Purchase Randomised Cashback Reward - Spend a minimum of RM10 on the purchase of any digital voucher or in-store voucher via the TrueMoney Wallet.
- Eligible users are limited to TEN (10) times of this reward per calendar month, subject to availability
