A. Facebook Giveaway Campaign
The campaign runs from 1st November 2024 to 31st December 2024 (11:59 PM), during which there will be a total of 4 rounds of giveaway lucky draw within the campaign period. The cut-off time is based on our system’s time. After this date, no further entries will be entertained.

1. Eligibility is as per below:
   1. All TrueMoney E-wallet users over the age of 18 (Not eligible for TrueMoney staff)
   2. Campaign entries will only be accepted via Facebook.
2. To participate in this campaign, all participants need to do the following actions:
   1. Be a TrueMoney Wallet user, and spend for the Christmas TrueMission campaign.
   2. Screenshot the Christmas TrueMission landing page that shows the spending progress.
   3. Post the screenshot on your Facebook page account (set as a public post), hashtag #TrueMissionMY & tag @TrueMoney Malaysia official Facebook page in the caption.
3. Giveaway lucky draw entries eligibility:
   1. Every new progress/ spend on Christmas TrueMission within the campaign period posted on Facebook will be entitled as 1 entry.
   2. The post has to be set as public with the hashtag #TrueMissionMY and tag our Facebook official page for TrueMoney Malaysia’s tracking purposes.
   3. Validation of the TrueMission genuine transaction will be made by TrueMoney prior to the lucky draw. Any fraudulent or incorrect posting will not be entertained.
4. A total of 12 lucky winners will be selected randomly, with 3 lucky winners selected for each of the giveaway lucky draw arrangements on a bi-weekly basis.

   4	Bill Payment	Random Cashback	Campaign Period: Until 31st Dec 2024 Spend a minimum of RM20:- To make any bill payment such as Astro, utility bill and mobile postpaid. Eligible users are limited to FIVE (5) times of this reward per calendar month. The mission may end earlier if the total cashback pool is depleted prior to the end date of the campaign. The cashback will be allocated randomly by TrueMoney.

Eligible users are limited to TEN (10) times of this reward per calendar month. The mission may end earlier if the total cashback pool is depleted prior to the end date of the campaign.    6	Mobile Top Ups	Random Cashback	Campaign Period: Until 31st Dec 2024 Spend a minimum of RM30:- Purchase any mobile prepaid top ups, except for game credit top ups Eligible users are limited to THREE (3) times of this reward per calendar month. The mission may end earlier if the total cashback pool is depleted prior to the end date of the campaign. The cashback will be allocated randomly by TrueMoney.

   1. For any Random Cashback, the decision to award any user with the random cashback is the ultimate choice of TrueMoney and final.
   2. Customers can complete any number of the above mentioned actions within the campaign period.
2. Unlock Santa’s Reward – Cashback will be given for each of the spent milestone achievements for each month during the campaign period as per below table:
