Campaign Terms and Conditions.

1. Campaign Period is between 20th June 2025 till 3rd July 2025 (11:59 PM). After this date & time, no further entries will be entertained.
2. Eligibility is as per below:
   1. This Campaign is open to all Malaysians and non-Malaysian residing in Malaysia ONLY and who are above the age of 18 years old. Entries from those under 18 years of age will be disqualified.
   2. Employees of True Money Malaysia are not eligible to participate in the contest.
   3. Campaign entries will only be accepted via Facebook.
3. The Campaign Mechanics are as per below:
   
   1. Step 1 : Follow the official TrueMoney Malaysia Facebook page at https://www.facebook.com/TrueMoneyMY.
   2. Step 2: Comment with the correct answer by filling in the blanks below, and tag two friends.

4. Participants will be judged based on the correct answer. A total of FIVE (5) winners with correct answers will be selected randomly.

6. Winners will be announced on TrueMoney Malaysia’s official Facebook page before 18 July 2025.
7. Each winner is entitled to ONE (1) prize only.

9. Winners must have downloaded , registered as TrueMoney Wallet users and have completed the E-KYC.
10. TrueMoney Credit will be applied directly to the winner’s registered TrueMoney Wallet number within fourteen (14) working days after the winner provides their details.
11. No purchase or payment of any kind is required to enter or win the contest.
12. Winners must contact True Money Malaysia via Messenger within SEVEN (7) working days after the campaign ends.
    1. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the prize.
    2. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or other goods and are non-transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving prior notice.
13. Acceptance of prizes offered constitutes permission to use the winner’s name and picture and/or likeness for advertising/ trade purposes without further notice or compensation unless prohibited by law. Non-compliance may result in an alternative winner being chosen.

   1. The Cashback will be credited to each customer no more than 48 hours after the transaction. Customers will be notified via the TrueMoney in-app push notification upon the Cashback being credited into their TrueMoney app.
   2. Minimum purchase of RM120 is required to enjoy this promotion
   3. Each TrueMoney user is eligible for only TEN (10) cashback entitlements.
   4. This campaign is not applicable to any spending through DuitNow QR

   6. Users without eKYC must maintain a minimum wallet balance of RM200 to be eligible.

1. The Allianz Insurance Cashback Campaign (“Campaign”) is organized by True Money Malaysia Sdn.Bhd (“TrueMoney”). By participating in this Campaign, Customers (True Money Malaysia E-wallet application users) hereby agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Campaign Mechanism

7. TrueMoney e-Wallet users who purchase any of Allianz products through TrueMoney eWallet app during the Campaign period will be entitled for 10% of gross written premium cashback.
8. Eligible Allianz products are Motor Private Car Comprehensive, Allianz Motorcycle Plus, Allianz Travel Care, Allianz Shield Plus and Allianz Lifestyle Protect.
9. The Campaign is strictly for purchase via the TrueMoney Wallet as set out in Clause 7 above. For the avoidance of doubt, TrueMoney eWallet users who purchase the Allianz products via offline or any other channels other than the TrueMoney eWallet will not be eligible to participate in the Campaign
10. Eligible customers will be notified via TrueMoney in-app notification.
11. The 10% cashback of gross written premium will be credited to customer’s TrueMoney eWallet account within 7 working days after the Allianz product successful purchase.
12. This Promotion is not exchangeable or replaceable for cash.
13. True Money only confirms the applicability of The Campaign Mechanics. All other product related Terms and Conditions would be governed by Allianz General Insurance Company (Malaysia) Berhad. Customers will not hold True Money liable for any non-performance of the product themselves.
