Terms and Conditions

  1. This Campaign is held by True Money Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. By participating in this Campaign, users (TrueMoney Malaysia E-wallet application users) hereby agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
  2. These Terms and Conditions shall be read together with True Money’s Terms of Services , The Campaign Terms and Conditions as well as True Money’s Privacy Policy and Statement.
  3. Should a conflict or inconsistency arise between these Terms and Conditions, such conflict or inconsistency shall be resolved by giving precedence in the following decreasing order (i) This Terms and Conditions; (ii) The Campaign Terms and Conditions; and (iii) True Money Terms of Services.
  4. True Money reserves the right to forfeit any of the offers/prizes for this Campaign if the user has breached any of the Terms and Conditions as mentioned above.

Campaign Terms and Conditions

    4. Any spending at Lotus’s on weekends (i.e., Saturdays & Sundays) will not be eligible for this promotion.
    5. Eligible users can claim an UNLIMITED number of rewards for this category throughout the campaign period.
    6. The campaign may end earlier if the total cashback pool finishes prior to the end date of the campaign.
    7. Cashback will be allocated randomly by TrueMoney.
2TrueReferralRM1 Reward for the Referrer
  • Campaign Period: 1st January 2024 – 31st December 2024
  • Refer the TrueMoney Wallet to your friends to enjoy a reward for each friend & family that registers & upgrades their account.
  • The referred user must ensure that a referral code is input during registration of the Wallet.
  • For the Referrer to receive the reward, the Referee must complete eKYC / upgrade their account.
  • RM1 will be automatically be credited into Referrer’s TrueMoney eWallet
3Duit Raya via TrueGiftRandom Cashback
  • Campaign Period: 18th March 2024 – 30th April 2024
  • Use the TrueGift feature to create a digital money packet with a minimum amount of RM30 as a gift in the TrueMoney Wallet to share to other users.
  • Eligible users are limited to only THREE (3) random cashbacks throughout the campaign period.
  • To create a TrueGift money packet, users must complete eKYC / upgrade their account.
  • Cashback will be allocated randomly by TrueMoney.
48% Weekend Cashback At Lotus’s!Up to RM10* Cashback
  • Campaign Period: 2nd March 2024 – 29th December 2024
  • Spend any amount at Lotus’s outlets on weekends (i.e., Saturdays & Sundays) and enjoy instant 8% cashback.

*Cashback for New users is capped at RM10 per month, and Existing users are capped at RM5 cashback per month.

5Earn 2x My Lotus’s Points2x Lotus’s Points for every RM1 spent
  • Campaign Period: 29th February 2024 – 31st December 2024
  • Eligibility is open to all registered My Lotus’s Members and True Money Wallet users.
  • Customers must scan their My Lotus’s Member QR or Card upon checkout in order to enjoy the 2x My Lotus’s Points.
  • Customers must use the TrueMoney wallet as their payment method in order to enjoy the 2x My Lotus’s Points.
  • To receive the 2x My Lotus’s Points, customers must ensure that their registered phone number is the same on both the TrueMoney Wallet and My Lotus’s Membership.
    1. For any Random Cashback, the decision to award any user with the random cashback is the ultimate choice of TrueMoney and final.
    2. With regards to the 8% Weekend Cashback At Lotus’s campaign, users may refer to the respective promotion’s Terms & Conditions for further details.

Q : I spent RM50 but did not receive any cashback. Why did this happen?
A : The random cashback amount allocated for this campaign may have been fully redeemed.

Q : Why didn’t I receive the 2x My Lotus’s Points after spending at Lotus’s?
A : To receive the 2x My Lotus’s Points, customers must ensure that their registered phone number is the same on both the TrueMoney Wallet and My Lotus’s Membership and the points shall be credited to you within 7 working days.
