Terms and Conditions

1. This Campaign is held by True Money Malaysia Sdn.Bhd. By participating in the Campaign, Customers (True Money Malaysia E-wallet application users) hereby agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
2. This Terms and Conditions shall be read together with True Money Terms of Services, The Campaign Terms and Conditions as well as the Privacy Policy and Lotus’s Terms and Conditions.
3. Should a conflict or inconsistency arise between these Terms and Conditions, such conflict or inconsistency shall be resolved by giving precedence in the following decreasing order (i) This Terms and Conditions; (ii) The Campaign General Terms and Conditions; (iii) True Money Terms of Services and (iv) Lotus’s Terms and Conditions.
4. TrueMoney reserves the right to forfeit any of the offers for this Campaign if the Customer has breached any of this Campaign’s Terms and Conditions as well as the other Terms and Conditions mentioned above 

Campaign Terms and Conditions

1. The Campaign Period is mentioned in the below table.
2. Eligibility is open to all registered My Lotus’s Members and TrueMoney Wallet users.
3. Customers must write in to our customer loyalty team for verification on product purchase to enjoy the cashback.
4. Verification and decision of the customer loyalty team on eligibility of the cashback is final.
5. Campaign is limited to a total of MYR 6,000 in cashback and is issued on a first come first serve basis.
6. Customers must purchase 2 units of CP chicken roll in any combination of spicy or original flavour in a single receipt to be eligible for the cashback.
7. Customers may be eligible for the campaign twice per registered account during the campaign period
8. Customers must make payment through TrueMoney Wallet in order to be eligible for the cashback
9. The Campaign Mechanics are as per below:
   1. The cashback will be credited to the user within 5 working days of initial verification message
   2. No minimum spend is required to utilise the cashback earned
