Terms and Conditions
  1. This Campaign is held by True Money Malaysia Sdn.Bhd. By participating in this Campaign, users (TrueMoney Malaysia E-wallet application users) hereby agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
  2. These Terms and Conditions shall be read together with True Money’s Terms of Services , The Campaign Terms and Conditions as well as True Money’s Privacy Policy and Statement.
  3. Should a conflict or inconsistency arise between these Terms and Conditions, such conflict or inconsistency shall be resolved by giving precedence in the following decreasing order (i) This Terms and Conditions; (ii) The Campaign Terms and Conditions; and (iii) True Money Terms of Services.
  4. TrueMoney reserves the right to forfeit any of the offers/prizes for this Campaign if the user has breached any of the Terms and Conditions as mentioned above. 

Campaign Terms and Conditions

  1. Campaign Period is between 1st Sep 2024 – 31st Dec 2024
  2. Eligibility is as per below:
    1. All TrueMoney E-wallet users over the age of 18 who are also My Lotus’s member
  3. New My Lotus’s members must have been registered within the campaign period to be eligible.
  4. Users registered phone number on TrueMoney and the My Lotus’s app must match in order to receive My Lotus’s Points .
  5. The Campaign Mechanics are as per below:
    1. Users are entitled for 2 My Lotus’s Points for every RM1 spent on any bill payment, local prepaid top ups, or international prepaid top ups, and in-app vouchers. 
    2. The My Lotus’s Points will be credited to each customer no more than 48 hours after the transaction.
  6. The 2x My Lotus’s Points is applicable for (10) TEN eligible transactions per user per month.
  7. The campaign may end earlier if the total My Lotus’s Points pool is depleted prior to the end date of the campaign.

A : You can enjoy this promotion ten times (10 eligible transactions) per calendar month.
