Terms and Conditions

1. The Paving the Way to Financial Stability & Security with TrueMoney & Experian Campaign (“Campaign”) is organised by True Money Malaysia Sdn.Bhd (“TrueMoney”). By participating in this Campaign, Customers (True Money Malaysia E-wallet application users) hereby agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
2. The Terms and Conditions of the campaign shall be read together with True Money’s Terms of Services, True Money’s Privacy Policy and Statement and any other Terms and Conditions imposed by Experian Information Services (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd.
3. The Organiser reserves the right to forfeit any of the special offers for this Campaign if the Customer has breached any of the Terms and Conditions as mentioned above.

4. Campaign Period is between 12 January 2024 till 30 June 2024.
5. The Organiser may at its sole and absolute discretion change the Campaign Period at any time without any prior notice.

6. Eligibility is as per below:
   1. All TrueMoney Wallet Malaysia users that obtain the exclusive Experian promotion code from the TrueMoney Wallet.
   2. The code can be applied on Experian’s website.
   3. Customers must be over the age of 18 to register for the TrueMoney Wallet.

7. TrueMoney Wallet users who purchase selected Experian products through TrueMoney Wallet with the allocated promotion code during the Campaign period will be entitled to 20% OFF Instant Rebate on the Experian products of:
   1. Personal Credit Report Plus (PCRP),
   2. MyBiz
   3. TrackMyID
   4. JagaMyID
8. Each user is entitled to use the code more than ONCE and enjoy a discount on the aforementioned Experian products.
9. The Campaign is only valid for purchases made through Experian’s web-link available on the TrueMoney Wallet. For the avoidance of doubt, TrueMoney Wallet users who purchase Experian’s services via any other channels will not be eligible to enjoy this Campaign.
10. This Promotion is not exchangeable or replaceable for cash.
11. True Money only confirms the applicability of the Campaign Mechanics. All other product related Terms and Conditions would be governed by Experian Information Services (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd.
