Terms and Conditions

  1. This Campaign is held by True Money Malaysia Sdn.Bhd. By participating in this Campaign, users (TrueMoney Malaysia E-wallet application users) hereby agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
  2. These Terms and Conditions shall be read together with True Money’s Terms of Services, The Campaign Terms and Conditions as well as True Money’s Privacy Policy and Statement.
  3. Should a conflict or inconsistency arise between these Terms and Conditions, such conflict or inconsistency shall be resolved by giving precedence in the following decreasing order (i) This Terms and Conditions; (ii) The Campaign Terms and Conditions; and (iii) True Money Terms of Services.
  4. TrueMoney reserves the right to forfeit any of the offers/prizes for this Campaign if the Customer has breached any of the Terms and Conditions as mentioned above.
Campaign Terms and Conditions.

  1. Campaign Period is between 15 January 2024 till 29 February 2024
  2. Eligibility is as per below:
    1. All TrueMoney E-wallet users​​​
    2. Must be over the age of 18​
  3. The Campaign Mechanics are as per below:
    1. Customers would be entitled to various rewards upon completion of the actions outlined in the table below.

1 A Prosperous Start (New Users) RM5 TrueMoney Credit
  • Only for New TrueMoney Wallet Users.
  • New users are required to download the TrueMoney Malaysia app and apply the KOL Code: HUATRM5 at the registration page.
  • New users who apply the KOL Code must complete the account verification (e-KYC) process via the TrueMoney Wallet to receive an instant RM5 credit reward in their account.
  • The redemption of RM5 credit is only applicable to the first 500 new users, subject to a first come first served basis.
  • Customers must utilize the RM5 reward within the campaign period at any TrueMoney merchants.
2 TrueAngpao Adventure Random Cashback
  • Spend a minimum of RM28:-
    1. At any True Money merchants or via DuitNow, except Lotus’s and An Xin; or
    2. Make any bill payment; or
    3. Purchase any mobile top ups, except for game credit top ups
  • Eligible users are limited to only THREE (3) times reward throughout the campaign period.
  • Cashback will be allocated randomly by TrueMoney
  • Users must claim the random cashback through the campaign notification within 7 days after the transaction is made.
3 Lotus’s Huat Long Long!* RM8 Cashback & 8x My Lotus’s Points
  • Campaign Period: 28th December 2023 - 28th February 2024
  • A minimum spend of RM88 is required to earn the Cashback​.
  • The Cashback will be credited to each customer no more than 48 hours after the transaction.
  • Users will be notified via the TrueMoney in-app push notification upon the Cashback being credited into their TrueMoney app.
  • Each TrueMoney user is eligible for only ONE (1) cashback entitlement per calendar month.
  • On top of the cashback, users will receive 8x My Lotus’s Points for every RM1 spent at Lotus’s outlets during this Campaign Period. The points will be credited within 5 working days.
  • 8x My Lotus’s Points awarded are while stocks last.
  1. For any Random Cashback, the decision to award any user with the random cashback is the ultimate choice of TrueMoney and final.
  2. To scan DuitNow QR with the TrueMoney Wallet, users must verify their account before this feature is enabled for usage.
  3. *With regards to the Lotus’s Huat Long Long Campaign, users may refer to the respective promotion’s Terms & Conditions for further details.
Other Terms & Conditions

  • By participating in this Campaign, all users,
    • consent for TM to collect, record, hold, store, use, and disclose their personal information for purposes which are necessary or related to the participation in this campaign and as required by TrueMoney’s Privacy Policy;
    • consent for TM to disclose or publish their personal information such as their names and identities and any general information in any media, marketing, or advertising materials; and
    • grant TM the absolute and unrestricted right to modify, use and publish any still or moving images of the participants for any promotional, marketing, commercial, or other related purposes, without any payment or compensation.
  • Winners who fail to acknowledge the notification by the required period; unable to adhere to this Campaign’s terms and conditions; and forfeits or does not claim the prize, the prize(s) will be void. (if applicable)
  • TrueMoney’s decision regarding the selection of the winners shall be final and binding on all participants of this Campaign, and no queries, challenges or appeals may be made or entertained regarding TrueMoney’s decision on the same.
  • In the event of unforeseen circumstances, TrueMoney reserves the right to amend any of the Campaign Terms & Conditions regarding the winner selection, announcement and prizes fulfillment at any stage, but will always endeavor to minimize the effect on the winners in order to avoid undue disappointment.

Q&A
Q : How long is this campaign? 
A : This campaign starts from 15 January 2024 and ends on 29 February 2024, inclusive of both dates. However, Lotus’s Huat Long Long campaign is between 28 December 2023 to 28 February 2024.

Q : Must I be 18 years of age and above to be eligible for this campaign?
A : Yes. One of the eligibility criteria for this campaign is that participants must be 18 years old and above. For the Prize Giveaway, TrueMoney staff are not eligible.

Q : How do I claim the RM5 TrueMoney credit?
A : This is only applicable for new users registration, you are required to key in ‘HUATRM5’ in the ‘KOL Code’ field at the registration page and perform account verification in order to receive it.

Q : I do not receive RM5 TrueMoney credit after registration, why?
A : This may be due to HUATRM5 code is not properly filled or RM5 credit has been fully claimed by the first 500 newly eKYC-ed users.

Q : How do I claim the random cashback after spending?
A : You will be receiving an instant campaign push notification and required to click into it in order to claim the random cashback instantly. The claim will expire after 7 days upon your transaction.
