1. This Campaign is held by True Money Malaysia Sdn.Bhd. By participating in this campaign, customers (True Money Malaysia e-wallet application users) hereby agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
2. These Terms and Conditions shall be read together with True Money’s Terms of Services, The Campaign Terms and Conditions as well as True Money’s Privacy Policy and Statement.
3. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency, such conflict or inconsistency shall be resolved by the following order of precedence (i) This Campaign’s Terms and Conditions; (ii) True Money’s Terms and Conditions; and (iii) True Money’s Terms of Services (accessible in the TrueMoney mobile application under Account → About Us → Terms of Service – eWallet).
4. TrueMoney reserves the right to forfeit any of the offers/prizes for this Campaign if the user has breached any of the Terms and Conditions as mentioned above.

Campaign Terms and Conditions

1. The campaign period is between 27th April 2026 until 10th May 2026 (11:59 PM). After this date & time, no further entries will be entertained.
2. Eligibility is as per below:
   1. This campaign is open to all Malaysians and non-Malaysians residing in Malaysia ONLY and who are above the age of 18 years old. Entries from those under 18 years of age will be disqualified.
   2. Employees of TrueMoney Malaysia are not eligible to participate in the contest.
   3. Campaign entries will be accepted via Facebook only.
3. The giveaway mechanics are as per below:

   2. Comment below your answer and the message for mom & tag 3 friends
      Q: Count the hearts in the visual and comment your guess with a sweet message for your Mom!
4. Participants will be entitled based on the correct answer given, a message for mom and THREE (3) legitimate friend profiles being tagged in the comment. The LAST THREE (3) correct answers with creative comments will be selected as the winners.
5. Each participant is eligible to win once and ONE (1) prize only across the platform. Duplicate winners will not be entitled.
6. Winners will be contacted via FB DMs on 12th May 2026.

8. Winners must respond within SEVEN (7) working days after receiving the winning message from TrueMoney Malaysia via FB DMs.
   1. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the prizes.
   2. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or other goods and are non-transferable. Prizes are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving prior notice.
   3. Winners must have downloaded & registered as TrueMoney Wallet users and have completed the eKYC process in order to redeem the prize.
9. All prizes will be sent to the winners via email.
10. No purchase or payment of any kind is required to enter or win the contest.
11. Acceptance of prizes offered constitutes permission to use the winner’s name and picture and/or likeness for advertising/trade purposes without further notice or compensation unless prohibited by law. Non-compliance may result in an alternative winner being chosen.
12. Winners will be selected based on the last 3 correct answers with creative comments, and the results of this process shall be final.
13. TrueMoney Malaysia’s decision regarding the selection of the winners shall be final and binding on all participants of this campaign, and no queries, challenges, or appeals may be made or entertained regarding TrueMoney’s decision on the same.
14. TrueMoney Malaysia reserves the right, at any time, to add, delete, or amend the Terms & Conditions herein or change or modify any aspect of this Campaign, in whole or in part, anytime and from time to time and at its sole discretion without notice and without liability to any participant or any other party.
